This helped me a lot when I first got this game. Apparently its been a known issue that your CPU can be overused while your GPU is under utilized.

I created a User.cfg file with the following settings and put it in my root BF6 directory (on EA Play it is “C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 6”)

So this is my new custom User.cfg file in my battlefield directory: (remember your Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8 and GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 16 will depend on your processor. This stops @Battlefield 6 from literally whoring out your CPU for no reason versus actually using the cores and threads as your CPU is designed. Go to task manager, and hit Performance to see those values:

Create a User.cfg file and put it in your BF6 directory (on EA just click the game and click View Properties and Open Folder. Im not sure about steam or any other platforms but should be similar.)

The perfoverlay.drawfps 1 simply turns on your FPS meter.
The worldrender.motionblur commands simply disable the weapons, and running motion blur.

    perfoverlay.drawfps 1
    worldrender.motionblurenable 0
    worldrender.motionblurradialblurmax 0
    worldrender.motionblurquality 0
    worldrender.motionblurmaxsamplecount 0
    Thread.ProcessorCount 8
    Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8
    Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
    Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
    GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 16
